RETURNS & REFUNDS

What items can be returned?

All items in their original unworn condition are accepted for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date.
The item(s) must have their original tags attached and have no sign of wear, wash, or odor.
If the item(s) are not received in acceptable condition, a refund will not be issued.

How to initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate your return please email us with your order number at support@cesoir.com to initiate the return process.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used/opened items
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a replacement under warranty.

WARRANTY

Damaged product? Let us take care of it. If our quality doesn’t meet your standards, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please send us an email at support@cesoir.com to troubleshoot broken or puckered stitching.
